And all of us should be very pleased to play this role and need to support this, because all of us should be keen（锋利的） to unleash the Indian Tiger. And we haven't done that as yet. Honourable（诚实的） Prime Minister（部长）, Honourable（诚实的） Chief Minister（部长）, and members of the audience, I can't make a speech in Hindi, so I shall try to communicate with all of you in English. The message will be the same. It will be from my heart. Today is a very important day in the history of the state of Assam.

  It is a day that raises Assam to a higher level in terms of head care and treatment（待遇） of cancer（癌症） that has not been experienced（经验） by the other states in the country. It really is a day that cancer, which is not a rich man's disease, is being equipped（装备） to serve and treat（对待） the millions of people that are infected（传染）. None of this would have taken place if it had not been for the insight（洞察力） and futures of our enlightened Chief（ 领导） Minister（部长）, who has been the driving force（力量） in this entire（全部的） activity. And of course, none of this could ever happen without the support and the earnest（认真的） desire（愿望） to give Assam the recognition（认出） it deserves, and that would be our Honourable Prime Minister. This Prime Minister and his government have achieved many great advances（进展）, and it is humbling（使谦恭） and at the same time a great pride（骄傲） to know that this event today is the culmination（顶点） of many months of very advanced thinking.
